    We don't just stop at Pinsa. Our kitchen serves up hearty brisket, savory burgers, deliciously flavored sandwiches and specials, plus a weekend brunch that provides a lovely respite to prepare you for the week to come.

    Our menu features:

      • Roman Classics: Margherita pinsa topped with fresh mozzarella and basil, or try our Italian Farmgirl.
      • Texas-Kansas Connection: Slow-smoked brisket served with house-made potato salad or brisket nachos. Specials feature smoked chicken, pulled pork and Elgin sausage at times. Tim brought Kristi (our owners) to Kansas from Texas, and a shared love of bbq means brisket is always on the menu.
      • 4th Ave Burger: Premium Angus beef on a buttered, toasted bun, or try our Boursin Turkey burger with field greens.
      • Big Tex Burrito: A Sunday Brunch favorite combines brisket, sausage and bacon with eggs, potato and cheese plus crema, candied jalapenos and pickled red onion for unforgettable flavor.

    Consider a Pinsa Party for your private group at our restaurant. We seat up to 28 in winter inside, and 50-60 on warm days using our inside and outside spaces. People love socializing under our covered pergola and in our comfy outdoor lounge furniture when the weather is warm, and our horse bar trailer adds delight to any event!
